Interested in creating non-fungible token (NFT)-based artwork on your Apple Inc iPhone or iPad? There is an app with which you can do it.
The free app S!NG or SING Idea is promoted as a platform for creating free NFTs and storing them in a digital wallet, according to the App Store description.
After downloading the app, the user can create a new account and proceed to upload any file from their iPhone or iCloud Drive. The files can be images, videos and audios.
It is not necessary to have a pre-existing Ethereum (ETH) wallet to create an NFT using S!NG.
The app, backed by musicians including Our Lady Peace frontman Raine Maida, plans to have a zero gas fee for the future market that will launch soon, as reported by 9to5 Mac.
As reported, the app is also considering the integration of the OpenSea API, which allows the NFT created in it to be sold in that market.
Because it is important
NFT art has generated so much buzz lately that even a robot got in on the action and sold one of its works for $700,000
Digital artist Beeple sold one of his works for $69 million in a sale dubbed ETH. At press time, ETH was trading 1.63% lower at $1,693.65. The artists claimed that NFT art is “completely” in a bubble.
Stranger things for sale as NFTs include toilet paper, flatulence, and a $2.5 million tweet from Jack Dorsey, the CEO of Twitter Inc and Square Inc.
Last week, famed “Shark Tank” investor Mark Cuban launched an art gallery showcasing NFT artwork and collectibles.
